Linda Williams

Miss Linda loves the Wee Make Music environment. As a qualified primary school teacher who majored in music, she enjoys seeing the daily difference that music and movement can make in a child’s life. Linda see’s the classes as a wonderful way for children and parents to develop friendships in a warm and supportive environment.

“With today’s hectic and stressful pace it’s so nice to see the bond between a child and caregiver being strengthened in a relaxed, supportive and happy environment,” says Linda. “I don’t know who has more fun - the children who are participating or me! It’s wonderful to see the children enjoying themselves and participating so happily and enthusiastically.”

Michelle Boyd

Michelle Boyd has combined her two passions in life – music and teaching children. For her, the greatest joy to teaching at Wee Make Music is seeing the look of pride on the children’s faces when they accomplish things.

“Every day we see the impact that our programmes make on the lives of the parents and the children. Our class sizes are very small compared to other places, so we can really nurture the progress they make – not only in music – but also in their confidence and socialisation, motor skills and hand-eye coordination.”

Michelle is in the final stages of completing a Bachelor of Teaching (Primary) and Bachelor of Arts (Humanities). She has trained with Wee Make Music and now has 4½ years teaching experience with the program. She has formal voice, piano and dance training and is fluent in sign language.
